Formerly CEO of Jovena, he is now leading AXIAN Energy in its ambition to become a key player in Africa’s energy transition.

A seasoned operations manager, he brings expertise in engineering, industrial automation, controls, HSE (health, safety and environment) and risk management.

He has managed 40 sites, supervised 509 employees, coordinated 250 subcontractors, and managed 1,150 MW of leased capacity.

She is a seasoned expert in energy and infrastructure project development, with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of the public and private sectors in West and Central Africa.

She leads the strategy and implementation of large-scale solar projects, such as the NEA Kolda solar power plant, as well as initiatives in Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Cameroon, and beyond.
